The SUB LEAGUE Championship Tournament to determine "The Best in the Northwest" was a HUGE success. With over 165 of the best grapplers from Oregon, Washington, and Idaho - the Sub League Championships were packed full of great no-gi submission matches (well over 300)!

Bone Marrow Registry Drive a Success!
Thank you to everyone who supported the bone marrow registry drive on Saturday, May 30, during the 2009 Submission Wresting League championships. Throughout the day, 60 people joined the Be The Match Registry! This show of support is deeply appreciated by Derek, his family, and his friends.
 
Lives across the world can be changed, thanks to those who joined the registry. For those of you who were not able to make it out on Saturday, there are other opportunities to help. From June 8 to June 22, you can join the registry for free during the Be The Match “Marrowthon”. Complete details can be found at www.BeTheMatch.org.
 
Finally, thank you to the generous private donors who drove participation through their financial contributions and to our volunteers who ran the drive throughout the day. Without all of you, the drive would not have been possible.
