March 2024 Sub League Open

Saturday, March 16 – Adults and Masters
Sunday, March 17 – Youth and Teens
Liberty High School, Hillsboro, Oregon

Join us for this stand alone tournament following Sub League’s classic submission-only, round-robin format. Sub League offers both Gi and No-Gi competition to competitors ages 5 and older.

Submission-only, no-point format: There are no points counted within each match — the only way to win a match is by submission (some exceptions may apply, such as with division tie-breakers). If there is no submission, the match is considered a draw.

Round-robin bracketing: Divisions of athletes will be divided into pools of up to seven competitors. All athletes within the same pool will compete against one another. This format, as opposed to an elimination tournament (where competitors are eliminated at a set number of losses), typically allows for more matches for each athlete.
